"Wop's gon' make a horror scene, this a fuckin' scary movie," raps Lil Wop on his new track, not-so-coincidentally named after one of the more popular horror franchises of the last few years. From the dark textures of the beat, to Wop's howling ad-libs and impossibly raspy delivery (not to mention threats like "feed you to the crows," the Atlanta rapper's latest feels more in-line with Halloween than Christmas. In this way, its reminiscent of 21 Savage's early material, and proves that Wop is not afraid to take rap to its darkest corner.

Of course, this is far from the first time he's explored horror themes in his music. Wopaveli 3, in late October, had songs like "Walking Dead" and "Friday The 13th." One thing's for sure, while Wop's name may be a direct reference to Gucci Mane, he's carving out his own lane very early in his career.

Quotable Lyrics:
Watch me make a horror scene
It's a fuckin' scary movie
Night, I come out at night
Bitches say I'm evil
Yeah they love it when I bite, fright
When I feel the thirst
I put blood up in my sprite
