The young, melodic Delaware trapper known as Lil West is back with his first new track since his Indigo 2 mixtape. On "WYM" ("Why You Mad"?), West enlists 21 Savage, the red-hot Atlanta menace who's about to drop Savage Mode, his highly anticipated collab project with Metro Boomin. The fiery trap production comes from CaptainCrunch, a prized member of West's inner-circle.

West finds his groove with the auto-tune on "WYM," blending his sung raps into each other without losing the raw energy that makes his voice so resonant. The Slaughter Gang leader comes in wide-eyed and ready to spray, dropping snarly punchlines that pair nicely with the smoother stylings of young West, whose detractors aren't gonna be appeased by hearing new heat like "WYM." The track is aimed at a certain someone, as West tells FADER, "I made this track in like 45 min. due to a relationship issue. I wanted to be very vulgar and disrespectful and 21 was the perfect fit!!!"

Got a hunnid thousand dollars in my attic
