Shots fired at Lil Wayne's bus last weekend could be tied to an argument the rapper reportedly had with some show attendees inside the venue.

Luckily, no one was hurt in a shooting outside of Lil Wayne's show at an Atlanta nightclub this weekend, but while we know that the rapper's two tour buses were targeted, the motive for the attack is still unclear.

New information obtained by TMZ may provide a bit of context, but in no way confirms why shots were fired on Saturday night. According to their sources, Wayne got into a pretty heated dispute with some audience members during his performance.

The culprits were apparently escorted out of the venue following their heckles, but Weezy was reportedly suited with extra security just in case. As far as we know, the two incidents can't be linked, but it could mean a further step in the investigation.

On a related note, Young Thug, who performed in Lil Wayne's home state of Louisiana over the weekend, also found himself faced with some hecklers at his show.
