Lil Wayne and Blink-182 will be hitting the road together this summer for their co-headlining tour. It's an unexpected pairing that still makes sense somehow but ultimately, it's just nice to know that Lil Wayne will be hitting the road on his first major tour in a minute. The two acts will be venturing through 40 cities on their tour which they announced with a live mash-up of "What's My Age Again?" and "A Milli." The tour kicks off in Colombus, OH in July before concluding in Cincinnati in September.

Although fans waited years for Tha Carter V, it looks like Lil Wayne might already be over it. According to a screenshot a fan posted from the Ticketmaster website, Weezy might have another album coming just in time for the tour.

"Your ticket comes with a physical CD per order with your choice of Blink-182’s or Lil Wayne’s forthcoming album. Approximately 24-48 hours after purchase, you will receive an additional email with instruction on how to redeem your album. US/Canadian residents only. One CD per online order. Not valid for Fan to Fan Resale"

Now, there are a few possibilities as to what album this could be. Last month, the rapper teased the release of a new album titled, Funeral which he initially announced in 2016. However, there's also a possibility that this album could be Wayne's long-awaited collaborative project with Mannie Fresh which the producer confirmed was in the works in April.

Either way, we're excited to hear whatever Weezy got up his sleeve this summer.
