Last night the Billboard Music Awards went down in Las Vegas.

Lil Wayne took him the most awards for a hip-hop artist, winning in four categories. The YMCMB rapper won Top Male Artist, Top Rap Artist, Top Rap Album (Tha Carter IV) and one for his appearance on Kelly Rowland's single "Motivation," which one Top R&B song.

Wiz Khalifa also took home an award, winning Top New Artist. He beat out fellow rapper Big Sean, as well as Eminem & Royce's Bad Meets Evil, Foster the People, Scott McCreery.

On the pop and R&B side of things, Rihanna won for Top Streaming Artist, and Chris Brown got the award for Top R&B Artist, beating Beyonce & Miguel. Beyonce didn't lose out completely though, she won Top R&B album with 4.
