Playboi Carti is currently in the midst of a massive string of tour dates which has seen him traveling extensively for most of the summer and especially so far in the month of August. Supported by Young Nudy and Pi'erre Bourne, all accounts point to the tour has been a success thus far, with rabid fans packing the venues on each and every stop. Last night, during a show he was doing in Montclair, New Jersey, Carti decided to reward some of his faithful followers and treat them to an all-star level cameo in the form of Lil Uzi Vert.
The "XO Tour Llif3" rapper, who is also one of the fastest-rising names in the hip-hop game, appeared suddenly from the wings, much to the amazement and appreciation of the concertgoers that were there. According to a video clip from the performance, when the beat comes in, the crowd lost their minds, jumping along to the track with Uzi and Carti with the force of a music-made hurricane. At one point, Playboi Carti even gets up onto the DJ booth and works the room like a seasoned pro. Just like many dates that have already passed on his tour, it feels like this concert was quite the party.
Carti is far from done when it comes to his tour schedule however. He'll be visiting the likes of Boston, Long Island, Toronto, Montreal, Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee and Denver before August is through. As for Lil Uzi Vert, there's never a dull moment when it comes to following his antics via social media. Whether he's stapling his own head or throwing fans' smartphones back into a mosh pit during one of his concerts, there always seems to be something going on.
