One of the brightest stars among the recent class of artists to blow up is Lil Uzi Vert, releasing several projects that have thoroughly impressed listeners. Luv Is Rage 2 was released last August and the rapper has refrained from releasing any solo projects since then. With anticipation growing for the next Uzi album, the "Money Longer" singer has begun teasing the release of something new on his Instagram page. In true Uzi fashion, the post itself is considerably strange, noting that he uploaded it from a member of his team's phone since he does not currently have a mobile device.
Although the caption is clouded in quirkiness, Uzi reveals that he has music on the way while making bold claims about said project. "Uzi is currently working on the best music in his and your life so he does not have a phone," wrote the artist on his official Instagram page. Perhaps Uzi was getting distracted from the constant fanfare in his social media and messages that he decided to take a quick break to focus on expanding his catalog. Regardless, the prospect of receiving a possible project from the Philly native is thrilling for his supporters.
