Mackned teams up with Lil Tracy and Lil Ugly Mane for his latest loosie, “Just Like You,” which dropped today. The instrumental, manned by underground sensation Ugly Mane, comes forth with an introduction that hints of an 80’s soundtrack type of production. Its quickly switches up and settles into airy synths that are currently trending on the scene. Lyrically, the song deals with relationships like most sentimental pieces. The hook is basically an emo flip of Outkast's “Roses, ” with autotuned vocals whining “Your shit’s just like perfume, smells like you, is fake like you.”
Based on the comments that are already posted on the track's Soundcloud link, fans are eager to hear more. Lucky enough, Mackned has already teased an unreleased track just a couple of days ago on Twitter, so new tunes are most likely on the way. Those who stan the beat will be pleased to know Ugly Mane is hitting the studio consistently. He previewed a new track last month that has yet to be released.
This shit you know about me, homies couldn't even know
Love the way you let me grow, Always let me open up
Love it how you patient as we flowed along the ebbs and flows
Only thing we facing is the future, Let me take you home
