The music round-up continues this afternoon, as the amount of new music circulating the e-streets is insane. We've received a handful of new albums, but of course, Drake pretty much stole the entire spotlight on that front, as well as a bunch new record drops from just about any and everyone: Lloyd Banks came out of hiding, Doja Cat grabbed Nicki Minaj, Tee Grizzley came out, YNW Melly celebrated his birthday with "Disturbia" and more.

Now, let's throw Lil Tjay into the mix, who coincidentally is also celebrating a birthday by way of releasing new music for the fans. Tjay just turned 19 years old yesterday (he's that young!) and he's not only dropped a new song/visual for "Ice Cold," he's announced a new mixtape that it'll be attached to. The appropriately-titled State of Emergency mixtape will follow up his major label studio debut, True 2 Myself

There's no release date yet for State of Emergency, so stay tuned. As far as "Ice Cold" it find Tjay crooning over a melodic, piano-driven production. In the visuals, he keeps social distancing guidelines in effect, wearing a face mask as he visits a cemetary.

Let us know what you think of it.

Quotable Lyrics

First time getting sentenced I was 13
First time ever getting knocked I was 12
When I came home young n*gga I was 14
Went back two more years, oh well
Remember when they kicked me out of school,
Got expelled
They said I wouldn't be shit, only time will tell
