After spending the past five years at Def Jam Records, Lil Durk announced earlier today that he’s leaving the label and going the independent route for now. In addition to this news, Durk also revealed that he’s dropping a new project on Friday called Just Cause Y’all Waited, which will feature the likes of Ty Dolla Sign, PartyNextDoor, Gunna, Lil Baby & more.
Before the project drops in a few hours, Durk decides to release one of the songs ahead of time to promote the tape called “How I Know” featuring Lil Baby. Released in visual form, Durk delivers an introspective record that finds him questioning who’s really down for you when shit gets real.
