With the 2018 NBA Draft just days away on June 21, Foot Locker has today launched a couple of comedic ads to accompany the exclusive, “One and Done” T-shirt collection created by Don C. The ads make light of the short-lived overseas basketball career, and China shoplifting scandal, of LiAngelo Ball, as well as the short-lived collegiate career of top NBA prospect, Trae Young.
Both of these spots are 90’s-inspired infomercials hosted by comedian Reggie COUZ. In the spots Trae and LiAngelo are selling Foot Locker-exclusive t-shirts designed by acclaimed streetwear designer Don C, which like their college careers, are only available for one day.
The first exclusive “One and Done” T-shirt will be available today on footlocker.com and at Foot Locker’s New York Times Square store (1460 Broadway) as well as through shoppable Instagram posts. A second tee is scheduled to drop later this week.
