Remembering names is not easy, and who hasn't experienced a mix-up or two? Hip-hop pioneer KRS certainly has, and while his intentions were good, the respected emcee ultimately suffered a pretty embarrassing gaffe, as discovered by XXL. "Hip Hop Speaks From Heaven," one of the tracks off his latest album The World Is MIND, is basically a homage to rap's fallen soldiers, with references to 2Pac, Phife Dawg, Nate Dogg, J Dilla, Eazy E, and Beastie Boy's Ad-Rock.

The problem is, Ad-Rock is still alive. KRS most definitely meant Beastie Boy Adam Yauch, aka MCA, who died back in 2012. Check out the mistake below, which happens around the 3:12 mark.
