In true Kardashian-Jenner fashion, Kourtney Kardashian went all out for her 40th birthday. The eldest Kardashian sister wanted to celebrate four decades on the planet by throwing a lavish party, and sister Kim was there to share bits of the get-together on Instagram. To begin, there was an enormous cake that was crafted to look like a bathtub, or possibly spa, with a nude Kourtney sitting on the edge, most likely a nod at her recent naked photo shoot.

In the video clip, Kim gives viewers a close-up of the custom cake that shows off her sister's backside. "Take a picture of the butt!" a kid says in the background. Kim seems surprised that a child would say such a thing but, there's a naked cake woman on display in the middle of the room so it's to be expected. In other clips, Kourtney has provided bottles of Don Julio and each guest gets one to engrave it with whatever they want. There were also custom napkins with Keeping Up with the Kardashian phrases like "Kim, there are people dying," and "Most interesting to look at." Hey, it ain't trickin' if you got it.

Momager Kris Jenner shared a few special words for her baby girl on her big day by writing, "Happy Birthday Kourtney!!! I can’t believe you are 40!! I love you more than you can ever imagine...you will always be my baby. I am so blessed beyond words to be your Mommy and have you by my side in this precious life...you are my heart and I am eternally grateful for all of the memories that we cherish. I love you. Mommy xoxo"
