Koncept and J57's new record is in the tradition of Eminem's Skylar Grey-assisted tracks and Wiz Khalifa's Puth ballad, "See You Again". J57 provides an anthemic instrumental for Koncept to add some passionate verses to, all before Hollis (who was featured on Macklemore's "White Walls") comes through with a soaring hook. The result is something that could potentially be played on the radio.
The song is set to appear on Koncept and J57's upcoming EP, The Fuel, which will drop November 20th through KON57 Records. the 8-track project can be pre-ordered on iTunes now. What do you think of the first single?
