Kodak Black reportedly committed sexual battery in South Carolina in February.
Kodak Black has been accused of sexual battery, reports Brett Clarkson of the Sun-Sentinel. Clarkson corroborated his report with the Florence, South Carolina Sheriff's Office, who say the Kodak allegedly committed the crime at a South Carolina hotel in February.
Kodak was originally scheduled for release from jail last week, until authorities discovered two outstanding warrants under his name -- one for first degree criminal sexual conduct in South Carolina, the other for misdemeanor cannabis and paraphernalia charges in St. Lucie County. He has now spent over three months in jail for armed robbery and false imprisonment, and it is unclear when he will be granted release.
