According to reports online, Dieuson Octave, better known as Kodak Black, was found guilty today on five counts of violating his house arrest. The incident stems from February when the 19-year old Florida rapper was accused of allegedly punching & kicking a 34-year old woman at a Florida strip club.
Kodak reportedly was cleared on a count of battery thanks to the testimony from workers at the business and surveillance evidence, but it wasn’t enough for the judge to acknowledge his breaking of his house arrest.
It’s unclear if the new charges will effect his prison sentence, but we will find out next month when he's sentenced on May 4th. TMZ reports that the prosecutors are pushing for the max, 8 years in prison.
