Kobe Bryant will reportedly act as the creator, director and writer for a new short-form video series called "Canvas," as part of a new partnership with ESPN.
Canvas will debut the first of six brief presentations on Christmas Day during NBA Countdown at 2pm, prior to the marquee matchup between the Warriors and Cavs in Cleveland.
Canvas will center around on-court topics, with the first titled "Guarding The Greats" focusing on the toughest NBA players to guard in the league and the best way to stop them. The NBA Countdown crew will then dissect the information.
The five additional Canvas episodes will be spread out throughout the NBA season, airing prior to primetime games, including the playoffs.
