King Louie appears to be recovering nicely after reportedly suffering a gunshot wound to the head to the head Wednesday afternoon in Chicago.
The 27-year-old rapper posted a photo to his Instagram Thursday evening, showing him sitting in his hospital bed shaking hands with Louis Farrakhan, who was paying him a visit (shoutout to Farrakhan's fur coat). King Louie was able to get into the holiday spirit despite his injuries, as he sported a Santa hat and cheesed for the camera in another photo he posted Christmas morning.
Louie wears bandages on his shoulder and side, but not on his head, which would imply that he was not actually shot in the head. His manager reported that he was "awake and talking" and in stable condition only hours after the shooting. Good to see that he is doing well and on the road to recovery.
