The life of Kim Kardashian is generally an open book as the reality television star shares her personal experiences quite generously with her following. While a lot of her content seems glamorous, the mother of three also seems comfortable with propagating less objectively appealing content. Back in 2016, Kardashian told her fanbase that she had been dealing with psoriasis, a long-lasting autoimmune disease that manifests itself as patches of textured, often reddened skin. At the time, she seemed to be coping with it easily but her condition seems to have gotten worse.

She shared the evolution of her medical condition via Twitter.
“I think the time has come I start a medication for psoriasis,” she wrote. “I’ve never seen it like this before and I can’t even cover it at this point. It’s taken over my body. Has anyone tried a medication for psoriasis & what kind works best? Need help ASAP!!!”
Her fans shared their experiences with the disease and offered some advice. No matter the route chosen, Kim will most likely have the funds required for further treatment.
The star's psoriasis has previously seemed quite manageable.“I don’t even really try to cover it that much anymore,” she wrote on her app in 2016. “Sometimes I just feel like it’s my big flaw and everyone knows about it, so why cover it?”
