As a part of MIT's Hip Hop Speaker Series, Killer Mike will deliver a lecture at the school this upcoming Friday about race relations in the United States and address how current and future technologies could impact race relation issues. Topics such as Ferguson, the SAE incident in Oklahoma, and white privilege and black empowerment will be included. His lecture will be the second in the Series -- Young Guru lectured on design and technology last March.
Killer Mike is no stranger to eloquence... see the major wisdom bomb he dropped on the topic of Ferguson at a RTJ concert in November. This is sure to be a dope event, hopefully MIT is feeling generous and will release the footage not too long after -- stay tuned.
