Victorville, California's Kidmayz has a dark, lo-fi sound that's not too far off from some of the Three Six Mafia-obsessed kids in Florida right now. Rather than settling into Lord Infamous-esque triplet flows, he goes for a deep rasp, his voice becoming another interesting texture on the grimy "Long Live The King." Dissonant piano meets clambering high hats on the track, but its Kidmayz double-tracked gravel-voice that brings it all together.

The beat comes from frequent collaborator Bmb Loko Los. You can listen to more music from Kidmayz over at his official SoundCloud page. Let us know what you think of his latest record in the comments below.

Quotable Lyrics:

I had to do it
Just so they could know my name
Loko on production
So I spit the flame
N*ggas say they want it
Act like it's a game
