Khloe Kardashian has used the romantic holiday to confess details about her relationship with Tristan Thompson, the father of her first child. In a post shared on her personal website, Kardashian admits that she knew Thompson was "the one" pretty early on.
Recounting their humble beginnings, the reality TV star admits that mutual friends set her up with the Cavaliers' power forward on a blind date in 2016. The youngest Kardashian sister took to Instagram to first confirm their relationship in October of that same year, and the pair's relationship has blossomed ever since.

Kardashian reveals how "it's really easy to fall in love with someone during a honeymoon phase when you haven't yet discussed the logistics of life," before admitting that "you have to talk about the real things if you want a real/long-lasting relationship."
The couple will soon be welcoming their first child together, joining half-sister Kylie Jenner in becoming a first-time mother. Thompson and Kardashian have been relatively mum about their relationship despite being the latter being a part of the most famous dynasty in recent memory. However, the Revenge Body host reveals that she has "never felt so comfortable or so safe with someone," as she does with Thompson.
