Keyshia Cole is avoiding prosecution for her recent attack on Cash Money employee Sabrina Mercadel, which took place at Birdman's penthouse apartment this past September.
Last we reported on the incident, Keyshia Cole had been ordered to stay away from Sabrina Mercadel. Today TMZ reports that instead of going to trial over the assault, Keyshia and her victim will be going to an informal office hearing. Someone from the city attorney's office will mediate, and basically listen to both sides of the story, and give them a stern warning. This could involve anger management classes for Keyshia Cole.
When the fight was first reported, it was said that Keyshia Cole was dating Birdman at the time- we've received no confirmation either way from the parties involved on that front.
