Toronto rapper Keyon's new submission is a track from his recently released project The Intro titled "Party." The track features some hypnotic chime-like synth sounds paired with propulsive sub-bass. Meanwhile, his vocals are delicate and catchy. The lightly auto-tuned raps feel familiar yet are not short on personality, which reflects the words of his bio. "Keyon is not afraid of wearing his influences on his sleeve, and his music echoes the work of influential performers such as Drake, Kanye West, The Weeknd or even Kurt Cobain." Toronto has a burgeoning scene, but is still struggling to produce new stars. Does Keyon have the potential to break through to a bigger audience?
