Kendrick Lamar is closing out his biggest year yet with two new music videos packed into one, under the guise of "God is Gangsta," a short film. The short film spans just under 10 minutes, and finds two different directors pairing up for either record.
The visual begins with "U" (directed by Jack Begert & the little homies), and finds Kendrick screaming in the corner of a room, swigging back from a bottle of alcohol, before he starts stumbling around the wood-paneled room. There's a brief intermission between visuals, with the words "CLEARANCE SALE 100% OFF" appearing on the screen. Phrases appear intermittently through out the second half, which you'll miss if you blink.
The second visual is directed by PANAMÆRA & the little homies and is a bit more experimental, with a hazy mix of red-backlit women and weird angles.
