Kendrick Lamar & Master P Link Up: "We Gotta Come Together"

With Master P's biopic nearing completion, it's only logical that news of the inevitably stacked soundtrack will begin to surface. Today, Master P took to Instagram to share a meeting of the minds with Kendrick Lamar, who will no doubt provide vocals for the project whenever it surfaces.

"I got the hook up 2movie, we made history! It’s an epic film and the soundtrack is about to be epic," says Master P. "Imma give my youngsters the game. Why can’t we do it together, bigger than they can ever imagine. God 1st. From the hood to Hollywood." In the accompanying clip, Master P and Kendrick Lamar stand united, bringing Compton and New Orleans together. 

For those who don't know, Master P is no stranger to West Coast legends; he previously hosted Snoop Dogg on No Limit Records, leading to one of the Doggfather's more underrated albums, Da Game Is To Be Sold, Not To Be Told. Stay tuned for more news on the upcoming Master P biopic, which will clearly feature some new music from Kendrick Lamar.
