The West family experienced a tragedy on Monday, as Ricky Anderson, Kanye's cousin, revealed that his one-year-old son, Avery, had died.
Anderson, who works in A&R at GOOD Music, shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram by posting a black-and-white photo of Avery with the caption: "Today was the worst day of my life!! I lost my lil man and gained an angel! Rest in Paradise!!!! I love you man."
Avery died in his sleep, reports TMZ, and he apparently showed no prior signs of illness.
Avery's mother also shared an emotional Instagram post in memory of her late son.
