It looks like Kanye West is taking a different marketing approach to unveiling his new Yeezy Season 6 collection. Rather than taking over Madison Square Garden or unveiling his line at Paris or NY fashion week like he’s done in the past, Kanye has decided to roll out his new line via Instagram by dressing his wife, Kim Kardashian, & her famous friends in the new clothes to share on their pages.
Over the past 24 hours, you might’ve noticed some of Kim’s friends & fellow Instagram influencers like Kristen Noel Crawley, Jordyn Woods, Paris Hilton, Yovana Ventura, The Clermont Twins, & Amina Blue, among others all taking to their Instagram pages to show off the upcoming woman’s line. The hashtag #YeezySeason6 will give fans & viewers an idea of who participated in the rollout campaign, including Madeleine Rose, Sami Miro & more at that.
Kim first debuted the line herself back in December when she skipped out on Paris fashion week and showed off her husband's line on social media by sharing various photos of her running errands in the comfy, active wear clothes. But now with the assistance of her famous friends, Kimye have duplicated those exact shots but with their famous friends donning the clothes instead today.
These reenactment photos surfaced just hours after Kanye’s Desert Rat 500 “blush” colorway surfaced online, which you can see here if you missed it earlier.
