There's no doubt that Kanye West is one of the most prolific artists of all time. Considered an inspiration to nearly everybody that steps into the game, Kanye has touched so many people over the course of his career. He is also one of the most troubled souls that we've seen. Detailing his battles with bipolar disorder and suicidal thoughts on his latest album Ye, the recording artist took us on a journey more personal then we had embarked on in the past. Showing corners of his mind that had only been hinted at in the past, Ye spoke to every single listener in a different form. The introduction to the album is "I Thought About Killing You," a song where he details his suicidal thoughts very clearly. Thankfully for himself and selfishly for us, the artist has never gone through with it. He took to Twitter today to share a guide he titled "How to NOT kill yourself pt 1."

So far, there's only one entry in the journal of tweets that was inspired after watching a documentary about Alexander McQueen and his fateful death. Revealing his process for staying in a content place, this looks to be a series that Kanye will continue in order to help anybody that may be struggling with the same thoughts he has had. The first piece of advice that Yeezy gave to us involves the circle you keep near you. "Avoid being around people who make you want to kill yourself," wrote Kanye. While it may seem obvious, it's an important step in recognizing and cutting off the toxic relationships in your life.

With part 1 being the only entry thus far, Kanye will likely come through with some more advice throughout the day. Keep your eyes peeled on his Twitter account.
