After two years, Kanye West's "Bound 2" lawsuit has been settled.

If you remember back in 2013, Kanye West was sued by former soul singer Ricky Spicer, of The Ponderosa Twins Plus One, for using vocals of his all throughout the Yeezus song “Bound 2”. Spicer stated that he had not received any compensation, despite the song's major success. He sought an injunction and damages for alleged violations of New York civil right of publicity law (section 51), however, that lawsuit now appears to be in the past.

Billboard reports that they’ve uncovered legal papers that have been filed to discontinue the legal proceeding, earlier this month (May). No word as for how the two parties came to a settlement or for how much, but at least this is one less thing for Kanye to worry about.
