Fresh off the production of five brand new albums, Kanye West is likely enjoying some extra time off now that K.T.S.E. is officially out. While it may not have been up to Teyana Taylor's standards, she plans to re-release the project with more songs than it initially included. Kanye worked on all five albums in Wyoming and he looks to have grown tired of busy, old New York City because he's reportedly sold his SoHo apartment for $3 million.
According to TMZ, the rapper sold his apartment unit in May to one of his neighbors who already lived in the complex. The apartment is actually two units combined, purchased at the beginning of Ye's career in 2004 and 2006. The two adjacent spaces were brought together as a 2-bedroom, 2-bath space with a studio installed. Spending most of his time with his family in Los Angeles, Ye likely didn't see any further use of the pad and since he and Kim have enough money to buy hundreds of homes around the world, it's not necessarily a big loss for him. Yeezy originally purchased the two spaces for $1.89 million and $1.25 million respectively so he's not making any profit with the sale. However, it's possible that he was having a good day and decided to give his neighbor a friendly deal.
