Kanye West has been released from the hospital after spending the last week under medical care. Following what has been reported as a "nervous breakdown," TMZ has confirmed that West is back at his house with Kim Kardashian and two children.
According to the report, Kanye left the hospital under the care of Kim and his personal physician Dr. Michael Farzam.
Kanye will continue to receive "ongoing psychological and medical treatment" following his release from hospital, TMZ's sources claim.
This update comes shortly after reports that Kanye was looking to record music from his hospital bed. Looks like he'll now be able to do that from the comfort of his own home.
