According to several reports, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are expecting a new baby in 2019. The couple already has three children, North, Saint and Chicago, but they'll be welcoming a new son via surrogate in a few months. The big news has been confirmed by multiple sources, including Us Weekly, with their son expected to arrive in early May.

Kim and Kanye previously used a surrogate with Chicago and it's currently unclear whether the same woman is pregnant with the boy or if they are using somebody else. In the summer of last year, it was reported that the couple only had one embryo left, which is apparently being used for their fourth child.
Kim Kardashian has suffered from many health issues during her pregnancies with North and Saint, leading the family to opt for a surrogate for babies number 3 and 4. According to Daily Mail, Kim has said in the past that she wants to build a family with four children. Kanye reportedly wants more but for now, it looks like they'll be good with four. Neither of the two has confirmed or denied the news yet but we'll be keeping an eye out for any updates on that front.
