Check out K Camp's new video for his "Save Me" freestyle with True Story Gee.
K Camp has been releasing a shit ton of new content over the past couple weeks and thankfully he doesn't look to be slowing down anytime soon. Just a couple weeks removed from the release of his “Save Me” freestyle over meek Mill’s standout cut, the ATL rapper decides to return to the scene today and share its official video featuring assistance from special guest True Story Gee.
Shot in all black & white, the video finds K Camp and company mobbin’ in front of a hotel entrance and an empty stairwell, among other random places. All in all, the video is a pretty minimalistic clip that finds K Camp and the homies reflecting on their hustle & come up in this Spaz Visuals-directed clip (above). It follows up his latest release with Sonny Digital & his touring DJ GENIUS called “One Year Later” which dropped a couple weeks ago. Check it out and let us know what you think.
“One of my fans DM’ed me and said they wanted to hear me on the beat, so I hopped on with True Story Gee—the artist I just signed—and the rest is history,” he told XXL. “For the video we had Rare Sound (K Camp, True Story Gee, DJ Genius, Bobby Kritikal and Musik Majorx) in our natural element in the city.”
In other related news: K Camp is coming off the release of a new song of his own this Summer called “Good Problem,” which will presumably see life on his upcoming Slum Lords 2 project. Look for that project, along with a second album rumored to be called Pain Running Deeper Than The Ocean, to be on the way as well (see below). Stay tuned, plenty from the ATL crooner is coming soon. We’ll be sure to keep you posted on it all moving forward.
