It's been six years since we've heard new material from Justin Timberlake, with his critically acclaimed album FutureSex/LoveSounds. Now it's looking like 2013 is going to be his comeback year, as a new teaser video announced today that he's ready to return to the music scene.

In the brief clip, JT walks through the studio as he discusses his love for making music, and perfecting it. A countdown has started on his official website, which is ticking down the time until Sunday, January 13th, at midnight. As of now, it is unclear whether the singer will be dropping off a single or something more.

Billboard reports that Justin has an entire albums-worth of songs recorded with his past collaborator, Timbaland. As well, Beyonce confirmed to GQ that her and JT also have been in the studio together. On top of this, there are rumors swirling about a collaboration between Beyonce's counter-part, Jay-Z, and Justin. We'll have to wait and see.

Check out the teaser clip below.
