During Kanye's rant tour from a couple weeks ago, one of his many targets was Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z 's recent smash "Suit & Tie". "I got love for Hov but I ain't fuckin' with that 'Suit & Tie,'" were the words of West, and up until JT's latest hosting and performance gig on Saturday Night Live, the jab had gone unanswered.

During his performance of the song in question, Justin substituted the line "Shit's so sick, got a hit and picked up a habit" for "My hit's so sick, got rappers acting dramatic.", which most interpreted as a shot at Kanye.

When asked about the line on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night, Justin was notably coy and hesitant in the confirmation of his response. "Did it seem that way? I don't remember that. Did I change the line? It is live," he said. "You know, really, everyone, keep calm. Keep calm."

In the end, he decided to take the opportunity to voice his respect for Ye, rather than elaborate on the line. "Let me just say, for the record, I absolutely love Kanye," he added. "So there's that. We love Kanye, right?

Hopefully this will mark the end of harsh words exchanged between the two icons, since Kanye's got bigger things to worry about, like placing seventh on MTV's "Hottest MCs In The Game List".
