Last night, the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Boston Bruins battled it out in game 7 of their first-round matchup of the NHL playoffs. Unfortunately for the Leafs, who were the only Canadian team left in the playoffs, they lost the game 4-1 and were eliminated. It was a sad night for Leafs fans, particularly Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin, who were in attendance at the game. Bieber has been known as a big Maple Leafs fan and has pledged his allegiance to the team on multiple occasions.

Bieber is similar to Drake in the sense that the Leafs lost when Drake took in a game earlier in the series. Drake is known for the curse he puts on professional sports teams and last night, Bieber was the one who had to endure all of the curse jokes.

Luckily for the Toronto Raptors, the Drake Curse didn't strike last night as they knocked off the Orlando Magic in five games. The final game of the series was at home and Drake was actually in attendance. After the game, he joked with the media saying "You want me to talk about the curse or you guys good?"

Unfortunately, the Leafs could not escape the damage that Drake had already done a week prior.
