Just when you start to think you have all the information, something like this comes out and shakes up everything. The Jussie Smollett case appeared to have been a done deal for the entertainer after the Chicago Police Department uncovered tons of evidence that point to the hate crime being staged. The actor was cut from the final two episodes of Empire's season and it looked like he may be facing prison time for falsifying information on his police report. However, he has maintained the fact that he was really attacked because of his race and sexuality. While the majority of people believe he's fibbing, a few old tweets from one of the Osundairo brothers may actually support Smollett's case.

In a series of messages that have re-surfaced from 2013, Ola Osundairo, who went as King Ola on Twitter, scolded somebody for being a fan of Frank Ocean. "Why you following Frank Ocean yer, you know that n***a gay right?" asked Ola. According to The Blast, separate messages point to Osundairo possibly being homophobic. He also tweeted somebody saying, "YOU’RE GAY THATS WHO YOU ARE."

It is being reported that the tweets may be used in court to support Jussie Smollett's case. The two brothers were reportedly paid $3,500 to carry out an attack on the actor, pouring bleach on him and tying a noose around his neck.
