Juicy J's first mixtape of the year, SHUTDAFUKUP, will be available on Monday, January 15th, according to a post on the Memphis rapper's Instagram. Though he just released his long-awaited album Rubba Band Business in December, Juicy has not wasted any time in putting together another project, which he's said will be produced largely by Houston duo $UICIDEBOY$.

The video posted to Juicy's IG also previews a new song in which he can be heard rapping "Get yo' funds up" over a heavy 808-driven beat.

In a previous post, Juicy hinted that the project would be a throwback to his early material with Thee 6 Mafia. "I took it back 1995 style," he wrote. Seeing that SUICIDEBOYS are heavily influenced by this era of rap, it's not all that surprising that they'd be happy to recreate the Memphis cassette tape days of Mystic Stylez and the like.

In a December interview with XXL, Juicy explained how he linked up with $UICIDEBOY$ and revealed that he was executive-producing their album. "$uicideBoy$, they're the truth, man," he said. "I'm executive producing their new album. Them guys are like family members, man. I was on Twitter and everybody was hitting me [like], "Yo, yo yo, you gotta check out these guys, man. $uicideBoy$, their music sound like y'all. It sound like old Three 6 Mafia." According to Juicy, he will be collaborating with the duo on many of the beats for the project.

Juicy's recently released Rubba Band Business featured an array of producers including TM88Metro Boomin, Murda Beatz, Ben Billions, Lex Luger, and Mike Will Made It. You can stream it here.
