Amid a rumors of a sex tape, the fact that Iggy Azalea's ex-boyfriend had allegedly stolen music from her laptop and released it as an EP last summer mostly slid under the radar. But now, with Iggy having taken the case to court, a judge has ruled that this dude, Hefe Wine, cannot profit off of the Inizio EP, as he titled it.

According to TMZ, Iggy claims these stolen tracks are "inferior" to her commercially released music, and the judge actually compared Inizio to some of Iggy's popular tracks to make sure she had a valid point. Whatever the quality, Wine won't be able to sell the music anymore.
