Joyner Lucas has cancelled several tour dates over medical issues.

In the wake of Pusha T calling off several dates of his Daytona tour, fellow lyricist Joyner Lucas has followed suit. Despite being lined up for a string of Australian and European dates, a few medical issues have unfortunately reared their ugly heads. The rapper's manager Dhruv Joshi spoke with Hip-Hop DX to clarify the situation, explaining that Joyner was hit with vocal hoarseness and laryngitis. “As an artist, his voice is his instrument, he cannot damage his voice permanently for one tour,” says Joshi. "“He needs to take care of himself and recover fully, he will be touring soon and will make it up to all the fans!”

His Australian dates were set to kick off on August 9th, but for now, have been postponed indefinitely. Likewise for his European run, which was set to go down on August 14th. While the news may dishearten Joyner fans overseas, rest assured that the rapper has a few big plans to end the year, including some "new music." It's unclear whether his camp is referring to Joyner solo material, or if we should expect additional offerings from his supposed Chris Brown collaboration album.

Either way, Joyner fans are patiently waiting.
