Keith Ape’s viral track “It G Ma” and its remix with Father, Dumbfoundead, Waka Flocka and A$AP Ferg are pretty much old news these days. It’s getting one last resuscitation though, thanks to OWSLA (Skrillex’s label) signee josh pan.
The producer partnered with a producers sakuraburst, MISOGI, X&G, MEDASIN and oshi to create what he has dubbed his “Opus,” and he also managed to get the talented Anderson .Paak to spit a new verse on the track. .Paak comes in at the 8:55 mark if you want to skip ahead. It’s a completely re-imagination of the original, and honestly does not get old throughout the entire 14 minutes.
When Skrillex heard the song he said his “jaw dropped.” Are y’all feeling this, or is listening to a 14-minute song too much to ask altogether?
