As Johnny Depp’s ongoing $50 million defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard continues, the actor is now claiming his ex had a threesome with Elon Musk and Cara Delevingne while the two were still together.
Josh Drew, who is Amber’s best friend, claims that Musk slept with Heard and Delevingne at Depp’s LA penthouse in late 2016 after the couple’s May split. Drew was living in one of Depp’s other apartments rent-free at the time. Drew claims that the affair happened while Heard and Depp were still married, but Musk insists that the pair only connected after her split from Depp.

The 57-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean actor and his defense team has subpoenaed Elon Musk for any materials related to Amber, as well as actor James Franco. Depp also reportedly “hasn’t ruled out” serving Cara Delevingne with a subpoena as well to see if she has any relevant information on Heard.
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s tumultuous split has uncovered many scandals. Back in March, surveillance footage of Amber Heard and Elon Musk cuddling in an elevator while she was still married to Depp leaked. Heard is currently facing a defamation lawsuit from her ex on the alleged basis that she falsified evidence and faked injuries when she came forward with abuse allegations against Depp. If found guilty by a judge, she could face up to three years of jail time for tampering with evidence.
