Washington Wizards All-Star point guard John Wall is spreading the love this Holiday season. And when I say "love," I mean $40,000 personalized Rolex watches.
Wall, who signed a $207 million extension with the Wizards over the Summer, recently gifted each of his teammates a Rolex President Day-Date watch - a gesture which cost him roughly $640,000.
Wall surprised Bradley Beal, Marci Gortat, Otto Porter, Kelly Oubre and the rest of his teammates just moments ago. Judging from their reactions in the video shared by Wall, nobody had any clue that Wall was planning to hook them up with such lavish gifts.
The Wizards, 17-14 on the season so far, will take on the Nets in Brooklyn tonight followed by a matchup against the Magic in D.C. on Saturday. After that, Wall and co. will shift their attention to their Christmas Day showdown against Kyrie irving and the Celtics at the TD Garden in Boston. That game is scheduled to tip at 5:30pm ET, airing on ABC.
In 20 games this season, Wall is averaging 19.3 points, 8.6 assists and just under four rebounds per game.
