John Polanco hails from The Bronx, but he's currently attending the University of Buffalo, where he's balancing his studies with his music. Today, he's shared "Bet U, How Bout U," a collaboration with Mod Da God that caught our attention with it's hypnotic instrumental that still manages to have an impressive knock. The two rappers compliment one another's styles, bringing very different but complimentary energies to the table. Each offer a fair amount of quotables, sticking with a New York-influenced style, but never indebting themselves too much to the city's past, as many NY rappers tend to do.
