Joey Badass Gives Update On Upcoming “AABA” Album; Says It’s Dropping Early 2017

A few weeks ago, Joey Bada$$ revealed that his upcoming album, AABA, was 90% done, but it appears that extra 10% is taking a little longer than expected. On Tuesday afternoon, Joey gave fans another update on the album, and revealed that it won’t be arriving til atleast 2017. He also revealed that the album was originally supposed to be dropping today anyways, but he wanted to make it perfect.

“The new music is well worth the wait!” he wrote on Twitter. “Today was the original release date for my upcoming album. But it’s been delayed 4 perfection. I wanna say top of next year… new bada$$ album…”

The album is currently being lead by the previously-heard singles “Devastated,” & “Front & Center.” Check out Joey’s tweets (below).
