Kurt Cobain isn't usually hip-hop/r'n'b territory, but when one of my favorite r'n'b artists does a Nirvana cover, it's going up. Pigeons & Planes are putting together what sounds like it'll be dope project to pay tribute to Kurt Cobain on his birthday (February 20th). They've enlisted a bunch of artists to do covers of Nirvana songs, and they're kicking things off with this "Rape Me" cover from JMSN. The full project of covers is titled Teenage Angst Has Paid Off Well and will be out February 20th.
How did JMSN do? The singer is currently on tour in support of his recent Blue Album. BRB, gunna go listen to In Utero.
