Today marks Jeremih's 28th birthday, and things got off to an unfortunate start for the R&B star early this morning. Driving through the San Fernando Valley around 2:15 AM, he was pulled over by California Highway Patrol arrested on a misdemeanor DUI charge.
TMZ reports that Jeremih spent the rest of the night behind bars, but posted bail (which was set at $15,000) around 11 this morning. We'll keep you updated on the case.
In other Jeremih related news, his Late Nights: The Album remains delayed as ever. The Hits Daily Double-announced date of July 17th has come and gone with no sign of it, not to mention the fact that the early, digital-only release never surfaced. Hopefully this new charge against Jeremih doesn't cause any further delays.
