Jazz Cartier cemented his spot in the rap game this year, and, rightly so, he made our list of Breakout Artists of 2015. The Toronto rapper is refreshing in that his sound is far off from the typical/trendy Toronto rap style, making his music almost unplaceable (however, I must admit, "Tales" is a bit Drake-y). Nonetheless, he still reps where he's from-- and he had the honor of getting his latest single premiered on OVO Sound radio. We previously heard a radio rip of the first part, "Tales," but today Jazz has unleashed the full CDQ which includes a transition into "Psycho 93 Freestyle."
Jazz is currently prepping his debut album, to follow up his Marauding in Paradise mixtape. The title is TBA.
