Although Jay-Z's own success is undeniable, his label, Rocawear, which he started with Dame Dash hasn't been doing so well.

Rocawear recently had to lay off 28 of their 58 employees in their Manhattan headquarters, and they experienced a $500 million loss in sale globally. Their solution is to do a first-time ever television ad for the company.

Jay-Z himself will star in Rocawear's first-ever T.V. campaign. The ads, which were filmed back in November, will air on BET, MTV, TNT and also during NBA games.
